The initiative is primarily designed for doctors, specialists and doctor groups planning their own healthcare facility, including clinics, polyclinics, specialty centres, nursing homes and hospitals up to 50 beds.

Under the Silver Jubilee initiative:

Clinic / OPD Setup Planning — From ₹50,000 + GST
Hospital Planning up to 25 Beds — ₹1–2 lakh + GST
Hospital Planning up to 50 Beds — ₹3.5–5 lakh + GST

Final professional fees depend on the project size, specialty mix, location, current project stage and complexity.

Hospitals above 50 beds, tertiary-care projects and other complex healthcare projects are assessed individually. HOSCONS will provide a customised professional proposal based on the scope and project requirements.

Yes. Relevant packages include project-cost estimation and, for larger projects, financial assumptions/projections to help promoters understand the approximate investment, operating requirements and financial outlook before implementation.
